Alongside my 3D work at Native Instruments, I’ve also contributed to a range of 2D motion design projects used across product launches and brand campaigns. These include seasonal campaigns such as Summer of Sound and Cyber Season, as well as educational content like What is NKS and motion assets created for individual product releases.
Most of this work was created in After Effects and adapted for different digital platforms, including pre-roll videos, social media, and website content. These projects allowed me to explore a more graphic and timing-driven approach to motion design while supporting the broader visual language of the brand.
Summer of Sound 2025
Summer of Sound is Native Instruments’ annual global campaign that promotes major discounts on music production software, instruments, and hardware. The campaign typically runs at the beginning of the summer and is centered around upgrades to the Komplete ecosystem, Kontakt instruments, and production tools used by producers, composers, and DJs.

For this campaign I created a series of 2D motion assets used across digital marketing channels. The work focused on translating the campaign’s visual language into animated content for social media, web placements, and promotional videos.
What is NKS
“What is NKS” is an educational campaign explaining Native Kontrol Standard (NKS), a system that connects hardware controllers with software instruments through a unified integration layer. NKS allows users to browse sounds, control parameters, and navigate instruments directly from compatible hardware, creating a more streamlined production workflow.
For this project I created 2D motion graphics that helped visualize how the system works and how hardware and software interact within the NKS ecosystem. The animations were used as part of explanatory content designed to communicate technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
Cyber Season campaigns
Cyber Season is Native Instruments’ end-of-year promotional campaign, aligned with Black Friday and Cyber Monday. The campaign highlights discounts on software instruments, production tools, and bundles, targeting both existing users and new producers looking to expand their setup during the holiday sales period.

My work for this campaign focused on creating motion graphics and animated assets used across marketing channels. The goal was to adapt the visual identity of the campaign into short-form motion pieces that could work across multiple formats and platforms.

Backyard Jams
Backyard Jams is a sound expansion for the Native Instruments ecosystem, built around a blend of West Coast hip hop, funk, soul, and contemporary beat production. The pack includes a large collection of drum kits, loops, one-shots, and synth presets designed for tools like Maschine, Battery, Massive, and Monark, along with samples that can be used in any DAW.

For this project I created motion design assets used to support the product’s visual identity and promotional materials. The work focused on translating the character of the expansion into short animated pieces used across digital marketing channels.
NI 360
NI 360 is a subscription offering from Native Instruments that provides access to a large collection of instruments, effects, and sound libraries within the Komplete ecosystem. The service was introduced as a way for users to access a broad range of tools through a single subscription rather than purchasing products individually.

For this project I worked on motion design elements used to support the launch and communication of the product. The work focused on developing animated visuals that helped present the concept of the subscription and the breadth of the ecosystem across digital marketing channels.
