Play Series by Native Instruments is a collection of hybrid virtual instruments that blend high-quality sampled sounds with synthesis, designed for ease of use. Each instrument provides quick access to a wide range of presets and intuitive controls, allowing for effortless music creation. These instruments are performance-ready, offering flexibility for both beginners and professionals with a deep layer of customization—all within the Kontakt Player.

On this page, I’m showcasing several visual language projects I’ve created for the Play Series line, including graphic user interface (GUI) design, artwork, pre-roll video, moving and static assets used across various campaigns.
DUETS pre roll video
Duets is focused on cinematic, emotional soundscapes built around organic, melodic elements. It combines instruments like piano, strings, and synths to create rich, evolving textures, ideal for film scoring, ambient music, or adding depth to pop and electronic tracks. The emphasis is on creating harmonic layers that blend traditional orchestral sounds with electronic processing, making it useful for composers looking to mix the natural with the synthetic.

DEFT LINES pre roll video
Deft Lines is a hybrid instrument focused on creating modern, rhythmic hip-hop and trap beats. It combines samples of instruments, drums, and synths with looped and sliced elements, giving a gritty and percussive sound. The instrument is geared towards producers who want to quickly lay down urban grooves with minimal effort, but still have the ability to tweak parameters like filters, effects, and modulation for a more personalized sound.

Bazzazian Tapes preroll video
Bazzazian Tapes provides a vintage, tape-inspired sound, drawing from the world of old-school sampling and lo-fi aesthetics. It's all about creating that warm, analog feel with textures that mimic the imperfections of tape recordings, perfect for retro-style beats or modern tracks with a nostalgic vibe. The sounds are heavily influenced by crate-digging culture, offering dusty samples, old-school drum loops, and melodic elements with a gritty edge. It's ideal for producers who want to capture that worn, nostalgic sound quickly without spending hours tweaking individual effects.
